Mr. Juvenal Mavares,
I am writing you today to extend my appreciation for the strong partnership that Network Solution has forged with Brickell Motors over the past 16 years. Such partnerships are always important, but especially so now with the unique challenges of the current business environment where there is such a lack of professionalism, empathy and transparency. I want to thank you, Juvenal Mavares, the principle for your steadfast leadership, dedication, get it done attitude and commitment to solving and finding solutions when other companies simply give up.
I have worked with Network solution over the past 16 years first when we opened our first dealership in Miami a Honda, Pontiac and GMC dealership. It is a wonderful feeling to know that you and your team have supported us through all of the growth, challenges and changes within the industry. One of the most beneficial activities is witnessing how your team has assisted us with the various vendor requirements to the multitude of platform and different requirements that have been required, as we now do business with eight different manufacturers.
Most recently in our latest expansion when we acquired Honda of Downtown Chicago and VW of Downtown Chicago, was once again another major milestone for our organization and another major challenge for us in which you engaged and worked diligently under a strict time constraint to set out to accomplish and make everything seem smooth and easy. When in essence it was one of the most grueling and most difficult conversion and ramp up that we have done with the least amount of time to work with.
Beyond support with network issues, management of our IT systems, handling of all of our software and cybersecurity, you and your team have demonstrated a level of humility, understanding, compassion, and commitment to our associates at every juncture of our journey at every level and for that I am most appreciative.
Wishing you continued success.
With warmest and personal regards,

Network Data Services completes technology takeover for Brickell Motors in Chicago
Miami, Fla—Network Data Services has announced that earlier last month, they successfully completed the technology takeover of Brickell Motors’ two newest dealerships acquisitions in Illinois. The acquisition of Honda and Volkswagen dealerships from Fletcher Jones Automotive Group was closed on December 4, 2017.
Network Data Services, the premier provider of IT services and solutions for businesses in South Florida, led the entire project from scoping the goals and requirements of the takeover, to coordinating with the existing IT department at Fletchers Jones and vendors, such as Innovative Internet Solutions, CDK Global, GreenOffice Partner, myKaarma, DealerTrack and a sleuth of other partner vendors. The project entailed the redesign and implementation of the site’s existing network topology, deployment of all new WiFi access points, deployment ofa whole new telephony and VoIP solution, and the creation of new Active Directory credentials, mailboxes, security groups, and distribution lists for all users.
“The seamless transition is a testament to our team’s work ethic and continued commitment to excellence. With only four weeks from inception to completion of the project, our team had to convert a long-lasting business with over 120 employees in the span of a short weekend”, said Juvenal Mavares, President of Network Data Services, “This was a complex project with many moving parts, participants, and vendors that only a team of industry experts like NDSI could successfully complete. I’m extremely proud of our team and grateful for our partners and clients who continue to place their trust in us!”
Mario Murgado, President and CEO of the Miami Automotive Retail Inc., stated, “Most recently in our latest expansion when we acquired Honda of Downtown Chicago and VW of Downtown Chicago, was once again another major milestone for our organization and another major challenge for us in which Network Data Services engaged and worked diligently under a strict time constraint to set out to accomplish and make everything seem smooth and easy. When in essence it was one of the most grueling and most difficult conversion and ramp up that we have done with the least amount of time to work with. “
Furthermore, Murgado added, “Beyond support with network issues, management of our IT systems, handling of all of our software and cybersecurity, the Network Data Services team has demonstrated a level of humility, understanding, compassion, and commitment to our associates at every juncture of our journey at every level and for that I am most appreciative.”

A new variant of ransomware has been spreading around the globe like wildfire since Friday. Called WCry 2.0, WannaCry 2.0, or WannaCryptor 2.0, this new ransomware doesn’t only evade some legacy antivirus (AV) controls, but it leverages a recent Windows vulnerability to spread quickly within internal networks. More than one billion Yahoo accounts have been hacked, the company announced on Wednesday, three months after it disclosed a separate data breach that affected more than 500 million accounts.
WhatsApp, the world’s largest messaging service, has rolled out end-to-end encryption for its 1 billion users across all devices, including iPhones, Android, Windows, Blackberry and Nokia phones.
I was very impressed with the service. Manny was here a few minutes earlier than his expected time and I very much appreciated that. He was extremely professional and did what he had to do, wasted no time to get started. First time I felt confident that the company I was using actually knew what they were doing and weren’t wasting my time and money. Thank you so much Juvenal for sending Manny over. Your team is awesome. Much appreciated.

Today Google announced the creation of a parent company name Alphabet
What is Alphabet? Alphabet is mostly a collection of companies. The largest of which, of course, is Google. This newer Google is a bit slimmed down, with the companies that are pretty far afield of our main Internet products contained in Alphabet instead. What do we mean by far afield? Good examples are our health efforts: Life Sciences (that works on the glucose-sensing contact lens), and Calico (focused on longevity). Fundamentally, we believe this allows us more management scale, as we can run things independently that aren’t very related. Alphabet is about businesses prospering through strong leaders and independence. In general, our model is to have a strong CEO who runs each business, with Sergey and me in service to them as needed. We will rigorously handle capital allocation and work to make sure each business is executing well. We’ll also make sure we have a great CEO for each business, and we’ll determine their compensation. In addition, with this new structure we plan to implement segment reporting for our Q4 results, where Google financials will be provided separately than those for the rest of Alphabet businesses as a whole.
